INTRODUCING MEN'S CLASSIC PHYSIQUE:
The National Physique Committee announces the creation of a new division called Men’s Classic Physique. Competition will take place in the following categories:
STINGREY CLASSIC MEN'S CLASSIC PHYSIQUE DIVISIONS:
NOVICE Classic Physique Division:
ONE CLASS ONLY
OPEN MASTER Classic Physique Division 35+ (National Qualifier):
CLASS A: Up to & including 5’9” + Up to & including 190 lbs.
CLASS B: Over 5’9” + over 190 lbs.
OPEN Classic Physique Division (National Qualifier):
CLASS A: Up to & including 5’7” + Up to & including 175 lbs.
CLASS B: Over 5’7”, up to & including 5’10” + Up to & including 182 lbs. to Up to & including 197 lbs.
CLASS C: Over 5’ 10” + Up to & including 205 lbs. to Up to & including 275 lbs.
NPC Classic Physique Athletes will be allowed to crossover and compete in additional divisions. This way you can choose where you currently fit the best.
CHECK-INS: HEIGHT & WEIGHT
Men Classic Physique Division competitors will be height and weight checked on April 16, 2020 @ the Sheraton Waikiki Waianae Ballroom from 5p to 7p (read the general info page for specific details). NPC Chairman Mark Valencia will be checking your posing trunks for approval so make sure to bring it during weigh-ins.
The Judging is scored 100% and will consist of comparisons of the quarter turns and the following “5” mandatory poses:
Front Double Biceps
Back Double Biceps
Abdominals and Thighs
Favorite Classic Pose (No Most Muscular)

Competitors are required to wear posing shorts. You are “NOT” to wear board shorts or Bodybuilding posing trunks. We have provided an image of the NPC Competition Classic Physique shorts below. Competitors are required to wear the same type of cut and all shorts that are worn in competition must be black. NPC CLASSIC PHYSIQUE COMPETITION WEAR!

PREJUDGING: There will be NO 60-second individual posing for prejudging (only comparisons)
NIGHTSHOW: 60 second posing to competitor’s preferred music
Posing music will be used at the Finals
Posing music must not be longer than 60 SECONDS
Posing music must be emailed to by April 10, 2020. Include your name, division entering, start music on or off stage on the subject line of your email (i.e. Rey Ronquilio, Open Bodybuilding, Start ON stage). A $50 late fee will be charged if music is turned in late. Only the 60 second music should be emailed (do not email the whole song or any other music)
Posing music must not contain vulgar lyrics. Competitors using music containing vulgar lyrics will be disqualified.

Who Qualifies for Bikini National Level Competitions:
One-year qualification for the top 2 places in each class at a national-qualifier contest

*** You will be allowed ONLY 1 person backstage (competitors can purchase 1 coaches’ pass for $100 during your online registration). Coaches’ pass includes backstage entry for both prejudging and the night show and free entry to watch prejudging. The night-show is NOT INCLUDED, so if you have a coaches’ pass, you will still need to purchase a seat for the night-show if you want entry. In addition, who ever you choose to be backstage with you will need to purchase an NPC card from npcnewsonline.com for liability purposes.
